  First off, I like to state that I usually don't have a high expectations for food court foods, so I usually do get surprised whenever I find a food court joint that I would actually enjoyed going to, sadly this was not the case.
  
  I came here for lunch before heading up to Osaka Supermarket. I'm probably the least knowledgeable person when it comes to Greek food, but they serve combos that consists of Pita wedges, salads, roasted potatoes, and some skewered/marinated meat.
  
  They also apparently sell these calamaris and fries.
  
  While I can't comment about their other foods, but many of their food that I did see does look okay, but what caught my eyes was their calamari because I've always enjoyed it throughout the years. But sadly, theirs wasn't really good. It was okay, but it tasted like what you would expect from the frozen food aisle. I mean, they did cook it perfectly where it was properly cooked and it didn't taste burnt, but even with spices on it, it squid bit still tasted somewhat overly bland. Also, they have this Opa! Sauce, which appears to be their special sauce or whatever, but it just tastes like a common salad dressing, like Ranch or something.
  
  The only good part about this place was the staff was pretty friendly.
  
  PS. Had their fries as well, it was okay but nothing special.

  This is definitely the worst OPA! location I have ever been to..  
  
  Yesterday I went to grab a bite, since I was shopping at Park Royal and I usually enjoy OPA! more than any other food court food.
  
  I went up to the counter and I tried to order the Olympus Rice Bowl - upon opening my mouth, she pointed angrily at the fry machine and said "NO. you can't. The fry machine isn't working!"
  
  ...Okay. I told her I wanted the rice bowl, not the fry bowl. She (still looking annoyed, mind you) started putting my order in the machine then charged me.
  
  It took about ten minutes for me to get my food. I couldn't help but feel a bit anxious as I was wondering if I could somehow cancel it and get a refund (Indigo books was calling my name!) but alas, about 1 minute after I fantasized about getting a refund and getting some Freshii, she violently put my order on the counter and said "Rice bowl".
  
  Again, disclaimer, I have worked in food service and know what it's like to have a TRASH day when nothing is going right - but there was no excuse for how I was treated.
  
  I probably will come back here, because i'm a slave to consumerism and love my fake greek food, but I am still a little bit turned off by this location. Hopefully the next time I go, things will go more smoothly.

  I eat here every Thursday afternoon. The young lady,  who I'd really sweet usually works the front.  Today a young man was at the till.  He was so slow & rude I just walked away today.  You will never be rewarded for BAD service.

  Opa! Park Royal food court. I Have you eaten at the Park Royal food court many times. I see now it is has changed hands so I'm thinking it's new owners. Will not come back to this establishment.
  Ordered my favourite, calamari and Greek salad.
  Bearded gentleman serving food did not have his beard in a net (food safe regulations).
  When I was waiting for my calamari to cook he took a call on his cell phone, then proceeded to the food counter.  The other gentleman told him to wash his hands and reglove, ( thank you for that).
  The bearded gentleman placed much of the food on the plate with his hand (gloved).  Greek salad had zero Kalimanta olives and had to ask for the tzatziki , and onion.  No lemon came with the calimari.  The lettuce was rusty, telling me that their turn over is not good.  Old produce.
  
  Until things change I will not be returning.

  This place is run by some very unprofessional people. They need a course in food safe. The guy who handles the cash also handles your food without any gloves. That is disgusting.
  Love Greek food but will never eat here again.
